Our Roots

Date back to when the founder began her journey partnering with forward thinking leaders in the health care industry. With the commitment of the CEO, and executive leadership teams, together, the charge began in creating the culture transformation necessary to create by design, an agile and collaborative workplace that blazed new trails and created innovative approaches to helping the employee, provider and consumer experience while managing health care costs leading to the delivery of sustainable business results and in achieving award-winning accolades. Recognizing the health care complexities that were ahead for the United States, the outside-in /inside – out culture transformation was essential and continues to enable relevant stakeholders to lead and serve as a role model to the industry during these unprecedented times.

Those earlier experiences provided a unique perspective and foundation from which to represent the future workplace interests. Formulating collaborative partners into winning partnerships along with other dynamic and life-changing experiences inspired the founder to pursuit a calling toward the avid study, practice and research around the future of work, rapidly changing global landscape and people management discipline.  She’s been dedicated to the on-going collaboration and study of cultures, leadership, employee well-being, technologies and creating new possibilities in cutting edge people management practices critical to serving and competing in the next decade.

White served as a strategic business partner, internal consultant and workplace champion for some of the award-winning organizations across health insurance, health care, technology and innovative global manufacturing industry sectors. Her expertise in aligning people strategy with business vision includes culture transformation, organizational agility and effectiveness, building sustainable performance and profits.  She is known for her strategic partnering and ability to proactively assess and execute innovative, research-based, values-driven people management solutions empowering leaders to accelerate growth, organizational change and improve performance.

She is a published writer whose articles on straight HR talk, strategy and business performance are featured in HR Management Magazine, CIO Insight, Business Management Magazine, Digital Journal, Engagement Strategy Magazine, Women With Know How Magazine and the Raleigh Examiner for Workplace Issues.  She has been quoted in news publications and trade journals.

White graduated from Champlain College and is a life-long learner. White holds dual accreditation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and earned the prestigious Human Capital Strategist (HCS) designation from HCI.

White is an active member of several professional organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Global Human Capital Institute, Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association and the Capital Region Human Resource Association.
