White served as a strategic HR business partner, internal consultant and workplace champion for some of the award-winning organizations across health insurance, health care and innovative global manufacturing industry sectors. Her strategic thinking and professional coaching experience in high-performing cultures enabled these organizations to proactively manage their workforce, achieve culture transformation, best place to work recognition, speed results, achieve high customer satisfaction and patient rates, improve business performance and sustain value.

Human Capital StrategistWhite graduated from Champlain College and pursues her commitment to life-long learning through Cornell University and Excelsior College. White holds dual accreditation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and earned the prestigious Human Capital Strategist (HCS) designation from HCI.

White is a member of several professional organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management, The Human Capital Institute, Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association, the Capital Region Human Resource Association and the American Society for Training & Development- RTA.
